This project is located at Moran State Park on Orcas Island in San Juan County. McLeod was awarded the contract to restore the exterior of the tower in late fall 2003.
	The work involved cutting out and repointing mortar joints, hand grouting of mortar joints, removal of extant deteriorated stone and installing new pitched face stone matching in colour and texture. Coordination of sealant installation and repointing at existing window frames. Removal of surface deterioration from extant stone of rubble wall. The rebuilding of the north west cracked corner of the building. Once again the tower stands as one of the premier tourist look out points in the Pacific Northwest.
